PoolCleanerDepot.com offers fast FREE shipping via UPS (3 to 5 days) on every order being shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S.regardless of which Pool Cleaner Depot. However, please be aware that if you cancel or return an item, you will be responsible for shipping fees to and from the warehouse.
Any pool cleaner returned within 3 days can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your pool cleaner.

How Long Will It Take For My Pool Cleaner To Arrive?
All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 4pm CST are shipped the following day, and should arrive to you within 3 to 5 business days via UPS in the continental USA. Most packages are shipped UPS Delivery. If you do not receive your purchase within 10 days, please notify us immediately.

What If A Pool Cleaner Is On Backorder?
Products that are out of stock at the time of your order are indicated on the website next to the product listing. The estimated shipping date is also noted. You may place an order for an out-of-stock item, but it will be placed on backorder and shipped when it is received. If a product is on backorder for more than 30 days, you will be notified via a postcard in the mail.
